Schwinn 830 Review

Schwinn 830 Review

Waking up in the morning and taking part in a workout to get the blood pumping is one of the best things you can possibly do to wake up. A lot of scientific studies have shown that one you are up and exercising, your body goes through an incredibly transformation and you will be burning calories throughout the entire day at a  much higher rate than you would have been otherwise. To cut a long story short, it is highly advisable to squeeze some exercise into your daily routine, but you already know that didn’t you. What you may not know however is what the best machine to do this with is, and for that reason today we are going to take a look at the Schwinn 830 treadmill.

The features

This Schwinn machine is one of the most impressive treadmills on the market where features are concerned. It has a lot of them. The first one worth mentioning is the extra-large, high resolution blue backlit LCD monitor. This screen not only shows you all of your vital stats whilst running like distance, time, calories burned and incline levels, but it also comes with a charging USB port so you can extract your data to the My Fitness App website. It has 22 different programmes, space for two different user profiles, can be used from 0 – 12 miles per hour, and can even be put to a 12% incline for those people who really like to challenge themselves!

The positive points

The Schwinn treadmill has a lot going for it and that is reflected above. It has so many settings that it means anyone will be able to find a use for it, not matter if they are young or old. The people at Schwinn also thought of the smaller details when designing this machine, and as a result things that may have gone unnoticed on other treadmills like the speakers and on board computer are excellent here.

The negative points

The biggest negative with regards to this treadmill is to do with its weight and size. This is a big beast of a machine, but it needs to be to fit in all of the technology it has inside of it! It comes in at a whopping 222 pounds, so ensure that when setting it up that you are doing it in the room the treadmill will be in because chances are quite low that you are going to want to move it later on!

Conclusion

Put quite simply, Schwinn have made a very nice treadmill here. It does everything you could ask of it and plenty more, and the huge variety of features should keep even the most experienced runner happy. It is not a perfect machine as it is tough to set up, but once it (and you) are up and running, you will never look back!
