Let’s get real for a second and talk about our health, because that’s a topic that gets overlooked all too often in my opinion. I cam up from a family that didn’t really care about eating healthy, we would have McDonalds and all of that junk almost anytime we wanted to – and that’s going to come back and bit you in the butt eventually. I decided to make a change for the better, and it started with me giving up on fast food. I didn’t like soda to begin with, so I wasn’t really worried about giving that up – but when I was running there was times that I felt like enough wasn’t being done. I was seeing results, and I was happy, but I really wanted to see how much running I was doing. I got inspired from movies and such, I thought I was going to set records!
Needless to say, that wasn’t the case at all, but I’m still content with the product I’m going to talk about today – that product being the FitBit bracelet that keeps track of your fitness needs. When you’re getting into the sport of running, there’s really no telling when you’re going to peak. Being one of the picks at Fitness Exact is an award of sorts, and that’s exactly what this particular bracelet has going for it.
My Thoughts (Features)
This is a very flexible bracelet, and I noticed that pretty much as soon as I pulled it out of the packaging. I don’t know what it is about me, but there’s something in my brain that just wants me to twist everything that’s remotely flexible! It’s a bracelet that isn’t going to brake easily, and can even be used as a sleep monitor! You can finally set fitness goals using something that’s right on your wrist, and it comes with more than one band to make sure that you’re blessed with the right size. LED lights will keep you up to date on your goals, and it can wake you up with its “silent alarm”.
Is It Good, or What?
That’s pretty much for you to decide, but I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with this bracelet. You might not feel the same way, but I’m sure if you gave it a chance, you would!
Pro’s of This Bracelet!
It’s a good product for someone who wants to make a change in their lives, and if you have a tough time keeping track of fitness goals, this can help you. Your goals will never be out of sight or out of mind, and it’s going to wake you up without making you grumpy! The silent alarm is something I wish I had during high school, seriously!
Con’s of This Bracelet!
It’s not going to help you with many other facets of working out, as opposed to walking or running. That’s still cool, as both sports are something that millions of people partake in every day of the week.
It’s a quirky little bracelet that helped me shed more than my fair share of excess body fat, but it still takes hard work! If you’re looking for something you can count on every single time you go out for a run, this is worth taking a gander at.
