My last mixer didn’t cost much and worked ok for the time I had it. It was time to move on and look for a seriously good machine that fits my needs as a budding chef.

Easy on the Eye
The red colour is brightest red you have ever seen. It has a sleek, modern design that looks amazing in not only mine but would in any kitchen. Even the glass bowl looks incredible and has a pouring spout which is really nifty. It comes with all attachments included and has a handy tilted head feature, so the bowl is easily removed once you have finished mixing.
The Inside Scoop
The mixing action has 59 touchpoints per rotation, which means it mixes everything up beautifully.
The mixer has 10 speed setting that can be used for anything, starting slowly so the mixture doesn’t go all over you to whisking cream up fast until it is really light and airy.
There are more than 12 (optional attachments) that can use the power of your stand mixer. Those of us budding chefs out there can use this to make pasta from scratch.
When you are using the mixer itself, it is sturdy and doesn’t move around. For the things that it accomplishes, pretty much everything but the washing up, it is quite compact.
The way it looks is important to me because it will be out on my kitchen worktop so I wanted a mixer that looks aesthetically pleasing as I said before, it is really beautiful, so that is not an issue but it is small enough to store in a cupboard if that is what you need.
The interchangeable attachments fix well where they need to go. With other mixers I have used, I have had issues with wobbly blades or mixing heads. Not so with this mixer, everything fits beautifully so it won’t fall off in the middle of mixing.
Beautiful Design. A nice addition to any kitchen.
Sturdy. Doesn’t move around when mixing.
Powerful. It mixes anything with ease.
Attachments included and they fit well and detach easily.
10-Speeds. Handy for different types of ingredients and mixing
Tilted Head. This means you can remove the bowl easily and it doesn’t get jammed.
It can be noisy. This depends on the ingredients.
Large. Takes up a substantial amount of worktop space.
I have been using my mixer for the best part of six months now and I have absolutely no complaints at all about this versatile machine. It looks as good as new and I work it…hard…, it is beautiful, versatile, sturdy, durable and. I really don’t see a downside to this machine, perfect.
