BOB is a connector and connects employers with employment agencies and their jobseekers. BOB invites socially responsible and local businesses to participate in hiring local people and works with a variety of employment service providers to identify interested candidates.

To apply for a Posting:
Job Postings are available to jobseekers referred by a case manager or employment counsellor. We do not accept individual resumes. Case Managers and Employment Counsellors are invited to refer qualified candidates by completing a BOB Agency Referral Form and attaching a resume (using the resume upload feature on the form).

Feedback:
While the staff at BOB do their best to get feedback from employers for each applicant, we cannot guarantee this. When possible, the Case Manager or Employment Counselor will be contacted with feedback for the applicant that they referred. If you have referred an applicant, and have not received feedback in 7 days, please contact BOB staff at jobpostings@bobics.org
