Lets get real for a second and talk about our health, because thats a topic that gets overlooked all too often in my opinion. I cam up from a family that didnt really care about eating healthy, we would have McDonalds and all of that junk almost anytime we wanted to – and thats going to come back and bit you in the butt eventually. I decided to make a change for the better, and it started with me giving up on fast food.
I didnt like soda to begin with, so I wasnt really worried about giving that up – but when I was running there was times that I felt like enough wasnt being done. I was seeing results, and I was happy, but I really wanted to see how much running I was doing. I got inspired from movies and such, I thought I was going to set records!
Needless to say, that wasnt the case at all, but Im still content with the product Im going to talk about today – that product being the FitBit bracelet that keeps track of your fitness needs. When youre getting into the sport of running, theres really no telling when youre going to peak. Being one of the picks at Fitness Exact is an award of sorts, and thats exactly what this particular bracelet has going for it.
My Thoughts (Features)
This is a very flexible bracelet, and I noticed that pretty much as soon as I pulled it out of the packaging. I dont know what it is about me, but theres something in my brain that just wants me to twist everything thats remotely flexible! Its a bracelet that isnt going to brake easily, and can even be used as a sleep monitor! You can finally set fitness goals using something thats right on your wrist, and it comes with more than one band to make sure that youre blessed with the right size. LED lights will keep you up to date on your goals, and it can wake you up with its “silent alarm”.
Is It Good, or What?
Thats pretty much for you to decide, but I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with this bracelet. You might not feel the same way, but Im sure if you gave it a chance, you would!
Pros of This Bracelet!
Its a good product for someone who wants to make a change in their lives, and if you have a tough time keeping track of fitness goals, this can help you. Your goals will never be out of sight or out of mind, and its going to wake you up without making you grumpy! The silent alarm is something I wish I had during high school, seriously!
Cons of This Bracelet!
Its not going to help you with many other facets of working out, as opposed to walking or running. Thats still cool, as both sports are something that millions of people partake in every day of the week.
Its a quirky little bracelet that helped me shed more than my fair share of excess body fat, but it still takes hard work! If youre looking for something you can count on every single time you go out for a run, this is worth taking a gander at.
