The Emerging Fourth Sector
This recently published article supported by the Aspen Institute and the K.W. Kellogg Foundation, describes a new sector of organizations at the intersection of the public, private and social sectors. I think this captures where BOB has situated itself to be effective in our effort to revitalize Vancouver’s inner-city.
